Make the right choice!

So often I speak with dog owners who are having problems and in many cases it's because they chose the wrong breed at the start.

I once helped an woman with a Bulldog/Staffy cross who was having problems with the dog pulling on the lead. She believed that because the dog was "small" she would be able to control it easily. The owner was in her late 50'' with medical issues and didn't provide the correct training. That bread is small in stature but strong in physique. It was the wrong choice.

There are many things we need to consider when choosing a dog. How much time do I have, how much exercise does the dog need, how much space does my dog need at home, what size dog would I like, what temperament do I want and so on.

Puppy's don't stay that size forever and all dogs need conditioning and stimulation.
