Githio, Greece

Githio is also in the gulf of Lakonikos around 2 hours drive from the ferry port to Elafonissos. 

The town is basically a long boulevard by the sea with a few dwellings behind and at the end. 

It was only a short stay yet long enough to see what there was on offer. 

The area has a beautiful beach with a very interesting permanent resident...

It was one of those places that was great to visit and view the non-typical tourist sites...

Abandoned buildings and decommissioned resorts provided plenty of interest and it was a perfect spot to rest before the next big adventure that's coming up😉.
