Yes there is plenty of fine art to see dating back to the 14th century.
It's a massive building showcasing many different collections and styles. There's art by Bruegel, Rembrandt and Bosh to name just a few.
It holds the second largest collection in the world of Pieter Bruegel who is highly acclaimed in the arts world and considered to be the last of the gothic and first of the modern. He had two sons who were also great painters. Jan focused mainly on smaller landscapes and Pieter Jnr, copies of his fathers work and other pieces.
There was a couple of 'originals' and 'copies' on show. It was fun to see the subtle and deliberate differences between the two.
I find his story to be quite interesting. Google it if you want to know more.

This painting above by Joos De Momper is simply brilliant. It's actually a representation of a piece painted by Pieter Bruegel the Elder.

This piece above by Jan Baptist Bonnecroy is in one word, EPIC!
It's actually a painting of old Brussels. Its massive but the detail is insane.
The second photo above is just a small snap shot of the lower left corner.

I was big fan of this one also. Sorry but I forgot who the artist was. Terrible I know. It looked awesome on the wall.
