Restaurant Amics at the Buil & Gine Vinyard

Ok So I've broken from tradition and shared some food photos.

To date this degustation menu was easily the best meal I have eaten in Spain. Hands down. Actually I might go as far to say this dining experience is one of the finest and enjoyable I have ever had.

The service and wine was equally excellent. The chef also doubles as the maitre d' and was great at both.

The food was so good that I couldn't help but assist the dishwasher as best I could by cleaning my plate white.

Oh and the location was awesome. Surrounded by terraced vine groves, rolling hills and beautiful slate rock cliff faces.
