Madrid - Drink. Eat. Drink. Repeat

I'm not really the type of guy who takes photos of all my food. And that's a good thing because if I did take photos of what I've seen and eaten so far while I've been here there would be nothing but food shots. Trust me when I say the food is ridiculously good and cheap.
Once the sun goes down the locals and tourist alike come out and the whole place comes alive.
Things start to happen about 8 o'clock. All the tapas bars and taverns open. And there are heaps. There would be about 20 in our little street alone.
I visited a local market called Mercado Saint Joseph which was amazing. This market it not your average market. These good folk are providores of fine food and gourmet specialties coupled with beer and wine.
